Welcome to Upskill Mentor, an upskilling mentorship platform at upskillment.digital. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.

By registering or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms.

2. Services Overview

Upskill Mentor offers personalized mentorship sessions, digital learning materials, and branded merchandise designed to support your professional development.

3. User Registration

Users must provide accurate information when creating an account. Protect your credentials and notify us of unauthorized use.

4. User Conduct

Users agree to engage respectfully, not to infringe on rights of others, and to comply with all applicable laws.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on the platform are owned by Upskill Mentor or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Payments and Charges

All fees for mentorship services, digital products, and merchandise are listed on our platform. You agree to pay the applicable charges to access or purchase our offerings.

7. Refund Policy

We provide the following refund terms based on the type of offering:

7.1 Mentorship Services

Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice via our contact form. If you cancel less than 24 hours before a scheduled session, no credit or refund will be provided due to preparation requirements. Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable. In exceptional cases, we may offer one complimentary rescheduled session within 30 days of the original date.

7.2 Digital Learning Materials

For online courses or e-books, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase if uninterrupted access has not exceeded 20% of the total course or material. Refund requests should be submitted via our contact form. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days through the original payment method.

7.3 Branded Merchandise

If merchandise arrives damaged or defective, you may request a replacement or refund within 7 days of delivery by contacting us through our contact form. Items sent back must be in original condition. Once we receive the sent back merchandise, we will process your request within 5 business days.

8. Limitation of Liability

Except where prohibited by law, Upskill Mentor and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect or incidental losses. Our total liability for direct losses shall not exceed the total charges paid for the specific service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
